Register via the Partner Login on our website, or submit a Trade Enquiry form. Our team will review your application and contact you within 1–2 business days. We welcome retailers, distributors, and wholesale buyers from all EU markets.

MOQ is typically 1,200 units per SKU for ceramic tableware, 1,200–2,400 for hydration, and 1,200–3,000 for food storage and soft goods. Mixed-licence combined MOQ arrangements are available for larger orders. Contact us with your requirements and we will suggest the optimal order proposal.

Our standard terms are 40% deposit upon order confirmation, with the 60% balance due prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We quote in EUR or USD. Alternative payment arrangements — including extended terms and open account — are available for established partners with a track record of orders.

Standard production and delivery lead time is 45–90 days from order confirmation and deposit receipt. This varies by product type, quantity, and factory availability. We will confirm lead time in writing at the point of order.

As an EU-registered company, we follow EU trade law and serve all 27 EU member states equally. Some individual licence agreements include additional territories. Territory-specific clarifications will be confirmed at the enquiry stage.

We are open to discussing territorial distribution agreements for qualified partners on a licence-by-licence basis. This would involve a conversation around committed minimum annual purchase volumes. Please contact us to explore the possibility.

Yes, we can provide physical samples for product evaluation prior to placing a production order. Sample costs and lead times vary by product. Sampling costs are typically credited against the first production order.

All production batches undergo quality inspection prior to shipment. We work with third-party QC inspection services on request. All products are manufactured to comply with applicable EU safety and food contact standards.
