Invictus 1928 Ltd is a B2B wholesale supplier. All delivery terms are agreed at the time of order confirmation. Our standard Incoterms are:
- EXW (Ex Works): Goods collected from our factory partner. Buyer arranges and pays for all shipping from factory.
- FCA (Free Carrier): Goods delivered to nominated freight forwarder or port of origin. Standard for sea freight orders.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Full door-to-door delivery to Buyer's warehouse, including all customs, duties, and VAT. Available by prior arrangement at additional cost.
The applicable Incoterm will be stated in your order confirmation. All terms are negotiable for high-volume or long-term partners.
- Standard production orders: 45–90 days from order confirmation and deposit receipt
- Repeat orders on existing SKUs: 30–60 days depending on factory capacity
- Private label / custom orders: 60–120 days from approved artwork and deposit
- Sea freight (China to EU): 25–35 days transit time (included in above lead times)
- Air freight: Available at additional cost for urgent orders — contact us for a quote
Returns are accepted only for goods that are demonstrably defective due to manufacturing fault. The process is:
- Notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods
- Provide photographic evidence of the defect to info@invictus1928.com
- Our team reviews the claim within 5 business days
- Approved claims are resolved by replacement goods or credit note
Minor colour or print variations within industry-standard tolerances (±5%) do not constitute defects. Returns of non-defective goods are not accepted.
All goods are inspected and packaged before shipment. If goods arrive visibly damaged:
- Note the damage on the delivery document at the time of receipt
- Photograph the damaged outer packaging before opening
- Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence
